The Prowler is a Battle Class fighter ... an upgrade of the Interceptor with 4,860 more capacity.
Prowler can not be built like the regular Interceptor ships. The only way to obtain it is to find and open a Pandoras box (it drops from pirates, enemy players) with keys that can be won from Faction Alerts.
